Food & Water

I’m taking two courses on FutureLearn that I think everyone will be interested in – Water For Liveable & Resilient Cities and Food As Medicine. The water course will examine the challenges that urban environments face in providing a sustainable, clean water supply and will review ways cities can become more water sensitive. The food course explores how nutrition can be used as a proactive tool for health and wellness.
